Facade grid components
Aluminum construction system for the installation of suspended ventilated facades developed for the use of cement-based particleboard, gypsum fiberboard, fiber cement and other facade boards based on wood, metal and ceramics.
The system offers a unique solution to the problems of material expansion causing possible deformation and cracking of cladding panels and is fully rectifiable. Its design allows for very easy and quick installation, does not require sophisticated technological equipment. It is therefore a very interesting solution in terms of costs per facade unit.
Advantages of the construction system
for ventilated facades
- high durability, all products are made of aluminum and corrosion-resistant materials
- variability of use of facade materials, applications in exterior and interior
- solves the problem of material expansion, all expansion changes are taken over by the system
- the system allows full rectification
- the system allows both hidden and acknowledged connections
- low installation costs, does not require sophisticated technological equipment
- technical support and the possibility of producing atypical elements according to customer requirements
- respect for engineering and other external elements of the building
- elimination of the number of interventions into the existing installation site
- possibility of preparing facade panels outside the construction site
- mostly dry and season-independent assembly process
- easy assembly and disassembly if the facade cladding is damaged by external influences
How does a ventilated facade work?

Anchoring the aluminum grating
- allows you to compare any
masonry irregularities
Hanging grate
- The picture shows an example of a double-sided grate.
Water vapor diffusion
- using the "chimney effect"
Facade cladding panels
- of your choice
Aluminum H-brackets
- carry facade cladding, rectifiable
Heat insulation
- for example mineral wool

Two-way grate
Two-way grid is an application consisting in the installation of a horizontal profile on vertical supporting profiles, on which the boards equipped with system fasteners are subsequently hung. The main advantage is the elimination of penetrations through the thermal insulation, as the boards are supported only by the horizontal profile. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to install anchor elements in a grid of up to 800 mm horizontally and 900 mm vertically (depending on the deflections of the profiles).
Grid for horizontally laid panels
System construction elements can be used as a supporting structure for decking or other longitudinal material installed in a horizontal direction. For example: Decking can be anchored directly to vertical profiles with suitable connecting material or clips from the cladding manufacturer to ensure expansion.
Customized solutions
Various other technical solutions for supporting grids can be made from individual components of the facade system.
