In order to maintain the high standard of service you are accustomed to and to ensure timely next-day deliveries, we are required to adjust our internal processes. Effective from May 1, 2026, we are changing the latest time for accepting orders with next-day delivery to 10:00 AM. This change is a necessary step to ensure that your goods can still be dispatched on the same day the order is placed.
Reason for the Change
This shift in timing is a direct response to the current situation in the logistics network. Our contracted carriers have changed the organization and scheduling of their collection routes, which significantly affects the time window for handing over shipments for transport. Although we sought alternative solutions, this adjustment is the only way to avoid potential delays in your deliveries and to maintain the smooth operation of the entire supply chain.
